The Latin District – Alamein New City (Latin Quarter) was developed for the New Urban Communities Authority and executed by Red Sea & Gama, with consultancy from ECG. Built using GRC materials, the project covers a total area of 9,500 square meters. It was successfully completed within six months, meeting all requirements and delivering the expected outcomes on time.
