The Z Towers project was developed by ORA Developments and executed by Orascom, Rowad, and Redcon, with consultancy from ECG. Combining advanced construction materials, the project included 8,600 m² of fiber cement, 3,900 m² of EPS foam, and 600 m² of GRC. It was successfully completed within six months, meeting all requirements and delivering the expected outcomes on time, establishing Z Towers as a modern landmark of architectural excellence.
