The Marassi Greek Village was developed by EMAAR Misr and executed by Arabtec & El Hazek, with consultancy from ECG. Constructed using GRC materials, the project spans a total area of 11,200 square meters. It was successfully completed within six months, meeting all requirements and delivering the expected outcomes on time, bringing the charm of Mediterranean architecture to the North Coast.
