The Celia Project was developed by Talaat Mostafa Group and executed by Atrium, with consultancy from Moharram Bakhoum. Constructed using GRC materials, the project spans a total area of 13,000 square meters. It was successfully completed within six months, meeting all requirements and delivering the expected outcomes on time, reflecting the group’s commitment to excellence and innovation in modern urban developments.
