The Elmasa Hotel was developed by the New Administrative Capital and executed by Orascom, with consultancy from ECG. Constructed using GRP materials, the project covers a total area of 8,000 square meters in New Cairo. It was successfully completed within six months, meeting all requirements and delivering the expected outcomes on time, establishing Elmasa Hotel as a landmark of luxury and architectural excellence.
