The Presidential Palace is one of our landmark projects in Alamein New City, delivered in collaboration with Elgabaly Architects (Consultant), for the Egyptian Intelligence – (Owner), with Hassan Allam Company (Main Contractor).

The scope included the main and annex buildings, five private villas, security gates, fence columns, and landscape features. We executed 4,000 m² of fiber cement boards across the façades and 8,000 m² of GRC for decorative cornices, cladding, and columns.

This prestigious project was successfully completed within just two years, reflecting our capability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions at scale.
